2nd National Congress on Aging
Pro Senectute – Switzerland's largest organization for senior citizens – is organizing the 2nd National Congress on Aging on January 22, 2026. This year, the congress will focus on the social, economic, and political perspectives of aging under the motto “Demographic Opportunity – Good Practice and Innovation”!
The stage will feature experts from politics and academia, as well as specialists from the field. Prominent guests include Federal Councilor Elisabeth Baume-Schneider and Eveline Widmer-Schlumpf, President of the Pro Senectute Foundation Board and former Federal Councilor.
The HLC will also be present at the congress in Biel, representing the HLC and the Center for Gerontology with its own booth.
